How can i decorate my room like a vintage victorian kinda thing?

i don’t know what color to paint my walls.
i was thinking like a pink dusty rose?
and i want to do one wall of floral wallpaper, but my wall isn’t the smooth kind. can i still do it?
BEDDING! i have no idea what kind of bedding i should get.
And i know i should put lots of paintings and pictures and antiques around the room right? like round mirrors and vintage frames?
