im trying to find this carseat.. it looks victorian. help!?

hi! the carseat im trying to find is from graco, ive looked all over the web and ive had no luck. it has a victorian decor and it is gray with black and white. it kinda looks neutral but i think its suits for a girl. can anyone help me!

I need help creating a “modern” victorian Master bedroom feel…?

I just redid my entire master bedroom and something is not right… My husband and I bought a gorgeous burgandy comforter with matchng curtains, all of which have big gold flowers on them with olive/ sage green leaves. Our furniture is a deep walnut color and I just painted the walls to match the leaves. My husband LOVES it… me not so much… it needs something. It looks like a room in a little old lady’s victorian home, pretty… just too grandmaish for me. I feel like something could jazz it up a bit and make it feel a little more modern, but not sure what. I prefer the less is more concept, I can’t stand clutter or business. Throw in the fact that I am very practical and this room is small and has a king size bed, but we’re not changing it or the comforter set. The hardware is gold and two pictures that we have up and for sentimental reason will not come down are both framed in antique gold… I know… it doesn’t help matters. So far one wall is bare. Any ideas?
P.S. the trim around the doors, floorboard, and closet itself is white. I like the black idea… would it clash?

antique oak desk help find info on MFG.?

I have a Victorian antique oak carved desk, under the drawer there is a stamp that says, Henry Docherty, 1328 Kensington, Youngstown Ohio. I assumed this was the mfg. of the desk but when I do a search, nothing comes up with this mans name. Any ideas on how to find info about who made the desk?

I need help turning my room into a Gothic room (furniture, painting, decorating….)!?

Right all the furniture in my room is white. The walls are white.
I’m tired of everything being so colorless!

So I want to turn my room into a more Gothic/Victorian style bedroom.

Problem is I don’t know where to find good furniture.

I went on Google and searched so much but I couldn’t find anything!

Are there any nice furniture stores? I don’t care if it’s expensive or if it’s cheap.

Also, I was thinking of painting my walls a new color, like deep red or black. Maybe have one wall black, another dark red.
And I was wondering what color the ceiling should be…

And lastly can you please list me some good sites or stores that sell nice Punk and/or Gothic decor.

Someone with good sense for design please help with choosing a curtain color!?!?

The colors in my living room are:

couchs- chocolate brown
furniture (entertainment & end tables)- black
wall decor (mirror, painting, & clock)- gold & brown

i dont want to buy just solid brown curtains because there is already alot of brown in the livingroom. i was thinking brown victorian style curtains w/ gold designs but i cant find them anywhere. well actually someone was selling them on ebay but someone bought them before i could. so my question is what is another color besides brown that will look nice and not tacky & out of place?

what would victorian style fabric look like? i need help with a quilt i’m making.?

I’m no expert in quilting so its going to be 15/15 squares and i need 5 different victorian style fabrics 1 yard each. She wants the blanket to be in reds, browns and tan colors.
